  • All staff are accessed to ensure competence, thus ensuring that only appropriate staff are allowed to specific duties, eg, corporate coverage.
  • 85% of all EMRS staff are from previously disadvantaged background.
  • The income raised through EMRS is their only current source of income.
  • Most staff are from the immediate community precinct, and have knowledge of the closest hospitals/ support services/ Etc.
